Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Sunset Festival of Bands
The Sunset Festival of Bands is held every fall at the Sunset Chev Stadium in Sumner and features high school bands from all over the northwest competing in the areas of musicianship and performance.
