My wife and I have been using Armor Storage on Mottman Road in Tumwater for a couple years now. We are so incredibly pleased with the facility. The units are easily accessible and are climate controlled and well kept. The icing on the cake would be the extraordinary customer service provided by the staff. While all the staff have been professional, Tammy has been an absolute pleasure to work with on a regular basis. She has definitely made our short list of business managers (anywhere) that have gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Tammy is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. She always has a positive attitude and is a wonderful resource when it comes to all things related to storage or storage/moving supplies and equipment. If we could leave a 10 star review we would in a heartbeat! Thank you to all the staff, and Tammy keep up the great work! Amazing! 10/10, highly recommend. Tammy is AMAZING! Great personality, great customer service, she's got jokes, great laugh, and she makes you feel like family. Did I mention she gives the best hugs? She walked me through everything, showed me where to go, made sure I knew how to use the key properly, AND she helped me move stuff from my cart to the unit. You can not get better service from anyone else. Tammy is the BEST. Now, the facility. It's huge. It's secure. It's maintained well. It looks brand spanking new. Not a single thing I passed by had a dent or a scratch. Pristine. And the price! Can't be beat. Try it. You won't regret it.

I have rented both indoor and outdoor storage from Armor Storage. Friendly, relatable staff, competitive pricing, and convenient hours. The facility is always clean and secure. The indoor storage is heated to a comfortable temperature. I will continue to rent from Armor Storage as they are the best facility I have come across.

Tammy is one of a kind! As someone with a retail management background myself, Tammy has always made the customer service experience helpful, smooth and friendly. I left retail five years ago to work for the state and I can tell you the service Tammy provides is above and beyond. She communicates well, she’s always available and I appreciate her professionalism and hospitality. Special thanks to their wonderful customer service folks, especially Tammy!High quality, clean, safe, and easily accessible storage. I was able to complete the application online as well as receive my passcode for access without ever needing to show up during office hours.They had a welcome package with a cylinder lock that was ready to use. Not realizing round locks are not allowed, Tammy contacted me through text and we were able to sort everything out.Also, after being charged for insurance, I was able to send an email with my homeowners instance proof of insurance policy. Again, Tammy texted me back within an hour letting me know she would get things changed and sorted out.If ever needed again, I will be back!

I’ve rented multiple units now with Armor - They are absolutely flawless as a place to store as well as with their customer service. Tammy has been so kind to me over and over again - knowledgeable, efficient, funny…all around great staff there. Each unit I’ve rented is clean and secure. Love the later access hours for times when I’m more available in the evening. Pull up spots are available most times I am there and they are accessible with a large Uhaul when needed. All around the best storage I’ve ever used!

Out of all the storage units I rented, which has been quite a few, Armor Storage in Olympia on Mottman Rd is the best. The gal who works here, Tammy, is such a sweetheart; she's so accommodating and helpful, and she really whent above and beyond for me. If you're looking for storage in Olympia, I would definitely choose Aroma Strorage, and ask for Tammy!

I've rented here 3 times in the last 10 years during moves or when I didn't have enough storage where I was renting. I just recently moved out of a unit that I was renting for a little over a year. Staff have always been easy to communicate with. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate. There are always a lot of carts that are convenient more moving things in and out. I was on the second floor with a temperature controlled unit. I've always felt really good about storing here and definitely will again if needed in the future. Hands down I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a storage unit in the Olympia area!

Tammy at the uHaul in west Olympia was so funny and personable! The decorations she made for Christmas were so lovely!

This place is clean, I'll give it that. It's a bit higher priced than almost ALL of the other storage locations in the area.They kept raising the rates on me while advertising lower rates for the same and larger units. We ended up going to another company for storage because even with renting a truck to move our unit, it was still cheaper for the first month than our unit that we had. Our price is also locked in for a year at the other storage company.When I went to tell them we were leaving at the end of the month as our notice, they gave not one care in the world nor did they ask why. Every other storage place we've been to made an attempt to save when we left. Most of those offers would have been accepted too if we weren't moving out of state.Check out your other options in the area first before giving these guys your money because you'll probably be overpaying.

I would absolutely recommend Armor Storage to anyone. Miss Tammy runs this place like a well-oiled machine: it is clean, dry, and smells good. The location is a dream. Right off the highway, no traffic on Mottman Rd SW whatsoever. The office has everything you might need for your move, from boxes to trucks. There's always ample space available for your load/unload and hand trucks are always where you expect them to be (if you used storage facilities before you know what I'm talking about). Storage simply doesn't get better than this. Check it out, you'll thank me later.

Tammy was extremely welcoming and friendly. She took a good amount of time explaining the lock system, the grounds, and the security of the facility to my husband and I. She made us feel confident in our decision to rent a unit from Armored. The front office area was clean and well kept, the grounds were nice, and the facility had a nice comfortable temperature despite it being one of the hottest days to be moving in to a storage unit. We have used other storage places in the past and this by far seems to be the nicest and the price point was perfect. I recommend this place.

Sergey and Tammy were so great to work with. They made sure our rental truck was available when we needed it and very flexible about rescheduling our move due to sickness and snow. This place is as clean as it gets. Very secure. Never too busy. Decent access hours.

Clean, well lit, friendly staff, climate controlled(heated), fire alarms and fire suppression. Metal and concrete exterior, with standard metal partitions. Gate and door access available via RFID for one time fee. Bathrooms are only accessible via external. RV/Boat/etc parking including covered.

Very clean, secure, heated, and well ventilated storage facility! Would recommend to anyone needing safe and reliable storage space. 10/10

I went to Olympia Armor Storage today to see if they had a large outside storage available. They did not have any of the size I needed but Sergey did put me on a waitlist. I appreciate him taking the time to assist me rather than just telling me "Nope, we don't have any". The office area was very clean, organized, and welcoming.
