West Coast Self-Storage was founded in 2006 by four veterans of the storage industry. From their collective experience, they culled together a plan for a storage company that did it better than the others. Better being defined as building top-notch facilities with heated and climate-controlled storage units, state-of-the-art security, wide, well-lit drive-aisles and hallways, online reservations, and easy payment options. But most of all, they realized that it all comes down to service. Too often, the storage consumers they heard from commented that they didn’t feel taken care of. So, when West Coast Self-Storage was created, they made customer service a cornerstone of the business. Fast forward to today, and we’ve held that promise. Our people are dedicated to making sure you are listened to, heard, and that your storage needs are expertly met and hopefully, exceeded.
