Affordable storage space and amazing new move in deal. Aidan is the new guy working on the property, hes very friendly and seems genuine. They've always been very flexible and understanding. Mariah was great in helping me transfer to another unit. I no longer had a need for the large unit I had, and she was very helpful finding one close to the parking spot I also rent. Very secure and clean, the gate is always closed and the grounds are well maintained.

I had the pleasure of working with Lyman and from the get go it was 5 star customer service. He messaged me to remind me of my reservation. Attended me at arrival with a great greet. Showed me the unit size and prices. We went over all the requirements and agreements with ease. I will highly recommend North Star Storage units for its cleanliness, security and service. I got lucky and jumped on a half off deal online so make sure to check. Pleasure doing business Lyman. I’d give you 10 stars if I could.

I needed a storage last minute, the lady in the front desk was amazing, friendly, and very professional. She made the rental process fast and easy! She explained everything throughly very detailed oriented! I wish I knew her name but all i can say is thank you so much for the help. I definitely recommend renting here. Great space for the right rental cost. A little dusty but overall Amazing!

Lynette was amazing throughout my entire experience. She was so helpful and understanding through all the crazy winter weather and my ability to travel back and forth the empty my unit. Moving from one size storage unit to another was made very easy with the help of your site manager, Lynette. She is very polite, kind, friendly and very helpful with understanding everything. When we had a miss communication about when we were moving into a storage, she took care of it and is always willing to sit down and talk things over. When I left messages, she returns them in a timely matter.

I had talked to the (manager) Lynette over the phone and she was on point with her customer service, I had then went into her office later that day with my grandmother and she did everything she could to properly help us. She was respectful, sweet, and just so kind!! we’re very very thankful for her help she is amazing they do good work with helping and making sure that you get a good unit that’s not expensive but a good price, it’s been such a blessing to have found them!!
