Of course! Feel free to visit our location, where our store managers will gladly assist you. They will accompany you to the storage unit you’ve reserved, ensuring it meets your requirements. Should you find that you need a different size, we’re more than happy to accommodate your needs!

The majority of storage companies, including ours, mandate insurance for renting a storage unit. You have the option to purchase insurance through our trusted carrier, Bader, which offers comprehensive coverage starting at a competitive rate of $13. Alternatively, if your existing insurance policy covers storage unit rentals, you can simply provide us with a copy of your policy’s declaration page.

You have several options for renting a unit with us. Firstly, you can conveniently rent a unit directly from our website by clicking “Select Unit” beside the appropriate size. Proceed to “Move in” in the pop-up box, input your rental details, make a payment, and electronically sign the lease agreement on any device. Then, you can move in during office or access hours.

Alternatively, you can rent over the phone by paying your first month’s rent with a credit card. We’ll email you the necessary paperwork, and once signed, you can bring them in to swiftly complete the process and gain access to your storage unit.

Lastly, feel free to visit our office for a tour of the facility and to view the unit you wish to rent. Our team will assist you in completing the paperwork and provide access to your chosen storage unit.
