West Coast Self-Storage to Manage Storage Facility in Arlington, WA

Arlington, WA – Dec 15, 2017 – West Coast Self-Storage recently announced that it has entered into an agreement with the former Bulldog Self Storage of Arlington, Washington to manage their self-storage facility. The facility has gotten a new name—West Coast Self-Storage Smokey Point and will be the beneficiary of a number of improvements, both to the facility and grounds as well as marketing for the business.

Located at 3832 172nd St NE, Arlington, WA 98223, one block east of Smokey Point Blvd and 172nd St NE, the 420+ unit storage facility offers both indoor and drive-up storage units. The indoor units are heated and range in size from 5’ x 5’ to 10’ x 20’. The drive-up units range from 10’ x 10’ to 12’ x 30’.

The facility has excellent security features including 24-hour recorded video surveillance, key-coded access gate, individually-alarmed storage units, and a manager that lives onsite. The office also carries a wide selection of boxes, packing supplies, and locks.

West Coast Self-Storage Smokey Point is also a U Haul Neighborhood Dealer, offering moving trucks for rent on the premises.
