The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.

Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Availability, terms, features, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by location.

What are the gate hours?

Access is available 7 days per week, 365 days per year, from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

What are your office hours?

Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are closed on Sunday.

Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?

No. You are only required to sign a month-to-month occupancy agreement that automatically renews each month until you vacate your unit(s).

Are there any restrictions to the length of stay?

No. You can stay for as little as one month to as long as you need. We have many customers that have been with us for several years.

When are rent payments due?

At Airport Mini Storage, rent is due on the first day of the month. For your convenience, you can have your monthly rent payments automatically charged to your credit card. We also have a payment slot at the office for easy drop-off.

Do I need insurance?

We believe strongly in protecting your valuable personal possessions and therefore we require all of our customers to provide proof of insurance coverage. For your convenience we have partnered with Bader Storage Insurance to make this easy to incorporate with your monthly rent! These policies are low cost and prorated in and out with your monthly rent. The policies have a $0 deductible and cover your belongings during transport to and from storage during your rental period.

Are your units inside or outside?

We offer both outside drive-up access units for easy loading and unloading as well as indoor units (accessed via interior hallway) that keep you and your belongings protected from the elements. We make storage easy for everyone.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

Yes, you need to provide your own lock. For your security we require the use of the high security cylinder lock. We have them available for your convenience in addition to a variety of many other useful boxes and packing supplies.
