Rent space directly at our storage facility and move right into your storage unit! You can also RESERVE space on our website anytime and move in after completing the paperwork in our office.

Multiple Payment Options

You can pay ANYTIME through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card monthly. You may also pay in person or by phone during normal office hours.

Month-to-Month Lease Terms

Our lease agreements are on month-to-month terms, meaning you’re not locked into any long-term contract. All that we require is a 30-day written notice of intent to vacate.

Things to Do in Maple Valley, WA

Maple Valley Days Festival

The crowning event of the year in Maple Valley is the Maple Valley Days Festival. Started in 1950 with the original goal of raising money to purchase a fire engine, the festival has grown by leaps and bounds and now attracts 10,000-15,000 visitors annually. The 3-day, early June event features 120 food/vendor booths, a magnificent parade with upwards of 75 parade entrants, as well as carnival rides, entertainment, a classic car show, arts festival, and more.

Independence Day Celebration & Fireworks

Maple Valley packs so many things into their fourth of July festivity that you won’t know where to begin. There are food booths, a pie eating contest, a family three-legged race, sack race, balloon toss, live classic rock music, face painting, and of course fireworks!
