Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. The Diamond RV & Heated Storage property also includes Martin Family Dog Park, which was built to honor Bill and Joan Martin, who taught their children love for country, community, family, and animals. The no-leash dog park is free for everyone and is fully fenced to keep pets within reach. The park is located adjacent to the storage facility at 60 Schouweiler Tract Rd E and is open every day until 10 pm.
