The customer service at AAA Camano Storage is amazing!
Chessica went above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. We were trying to help my aunt clear out the house after the sale and we were on a time crunch. The power went out briefly and cause the security system to go offline and the code pads did not work. Chessica walked back and forth to open each door so we could access our 3 storage units.
She was a pleasure to chat with and never seemed put out or frustrated. She was calm and handled everything well! Thank you Chessica for helping us with a crazy time!

Very nice staff with decent hours. I accidentally stayed on site at my unit there and was technically locked in, but was able to use the gate control box to call security and they reached out to the manager whom was able to open gate for me. Thanks again for that.

I have dealt with several storage companies during my many moves, but Triple A storage is head and shoulders best. The help and service I received from Kristi was simply above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in the past. This move was very problematic for us and I was required to change one of our two units (3) times due to unexpected volumes. Kristi was not only able to seamlessly make the changes, but her helpful attitude and guidance were most welcome.

This is a nice clean facility. I feel safe leaving my stuff here. But ever since Rob retired they do not care about their customers. it's always been by far the most expensive storage facility in the area, and their late fees are insulting. Even now during these tough times where finances are tight. Everyone else is helping others by lowering rates and waving late fees. But AAA Camano Heated storage does the opposite and adds them on. They made me pay over $100 extra on my bill in random late fees and thats just for 1 month on a 10x10 that I already pay $230 a month! Happy Holidays😒Bottom line, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! unless everyone else in the area is sold out. But if you are rich and like paying twice as much to store you stuff, then this place is for you. I payed almost $350 this month for a 10x10 unit. Had I rented a unit from the guys 4 blocks down the street I would have only paid $180 even after being late, just saying.
