Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.

Smart Unit Trial Disclaimer
Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Things to Do in Arlington, WA

If you’d like to get a better understanding for the history of the Arlington area, consider a visit to the Stillaguamish Valley Pioneer Museum. The museum displays artifacts from early homesteaders of the area including household items, railroad, wildlife and logging industry artifacts. You can learn about the area’s early education and transportation as well.

Giant Cedar Stump

A visit to the area would not be complete without a stop at the Giant Cedar Stump, part of the Smokey Point Northbound Rest Stop. While you can no longer drive through it, it’s fun to stand inside the approximately 1,000-year-old, 20-foot diameter tree.

Arlington Fly-In

Every July, the Arlington Municipal Airport hosts its annual Arlington Fly-in Air Show. The third-largest air show in the country, the Arlington Fly-In has 1,600 planes in the show and welcomes over 50,000 visitors to long weekend event, which has been going on since 1969.

Arlington Viking Fest

The Arlington Viking Fest is held every October and features both historical displays and hands-on activities for every age. There’s a Swedish pancake breakfast, beer garden and feast hall, a Viking Wedding, and fighting demonstrations. Skol!
