Size Disclaimer
The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.
Smart Unit Trial Disclaimer
Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Availability, terms, features, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by location.

What do you intend on storing?
If you’re anticipating bulkier items or a mix of some bulky items and boxes then a larger unit might be more applicable. (Think 5’x10’ or larger)
How long are you planning on needing a storage unit?
Will you be adding more items to your storage unit throughout your stay?
Our storage units are constantly being moved in and out of, so you never know if rates for larger units will go up or be available by the time you need more storage space. Plus it will always be cheaper and easier to have one larger storage than to have to move everything in a larger unit or pay for multiple smaller units.
