Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Self Storage At Chapel Hill opened in late 2018 with a single goal – to provide a new level of self-storage to the people of Pasco, Washington and the Tri-Cities communities of Richland and Kennewick. To achieve this goal, we designed a state-of-the-art storage facility that incorporates the things that you want out of storage. You want clean, dry, well-lit storage units that come in a variety of sizes. You also expect advanced security measures such as individual door alarms on each storage unit as well as personalized key code entry at entrance points. And finally, you want a storage unit that is affordable with a monthly bill that is easy to pay.

We believe we’ve delivered on all these points. And to top it off, we staff our Pasco storage location with an experienced resident manager that knows the ins and outs of storage and whose sole job is getting you the right storage space for your needs.

Door Dust Brushes

We understand the items you’re storing are important to you and we think your belongings should look as good as the day you put them in storage. To maintain that standard, all outside access units have a system of brushes along the sides and top of the easy roll-up door. These brushes greatly reduce the amount of dust or dirt that can enter the unit, helping keep your possessions cleaner.

Long Access Hours

Access to your storage unit is from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm every day of the year.
