Size Disclaimer
The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.

Smart Unit Trial Disclaimer
Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Availability, terms, features, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by location.

We opened our self storage facility in 2008 to provide a better storage solution to the people of Pasco and the Tri-Cities. You’ll find that our facility is durably constructed using high grade materials and excellent security measures to keep your belongings dry and safe. RV Storage is our specialty, and here you’ll find an excellent selection of both indoor, heated RV spaces as well as outdoor RV slips. We pride ourselves on maintaining the best storage facility in the Tri-Cities area and we hope you’ll feel the same if you store with us.

Renewable Energy System

At Broadmoor Storage Solutions, not only do we believe in providing our customers with a premier storage facility, but we also believe in taking care of our environment. To do our part in reducing our carbon footprint (CO2 emissions) we have installed a premier solar power system, which allows us to operate a portion of our facility with renewable energy. Our current system is made up of 90 solar panels which is estimated to produce over 32,000 kWh of power annually.

By reducing the amount of electricity we draw from the local power grid, we are also reducing carbon emissions. This means cleaner air, water and soil for your family, community, and generations to come.

Things to Do in Tri-Cities

LIGO Hanford Observatory

If you’re a science or space buff, LIGO is the place for you. LIGO (Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory) is an observatory designed to detect cosmic gravitational waves in space. They offer monthly public tours featuring many interactive exhibits, including a full-scale engineering model of the “quad suspension” that is so critical to LIGO’s success.

Benton Franklin Fair & Rodeo

Each August, Kennwick celebrates by putting on the Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo. This event draws more than 120,000 people from around the region. It’s got the usual events one might think of a large fair – parades, rides, rodeo, exhibits, food, music, and more.

Professional Sports

The Tri-Cities are home to professional hockey and baseball teams including the Tri-City Americans WHL ice hockey and the Tri-City Dust Devils, a professional affiliate of the San Diego Padres. Tickets are reasonable and easy to get!

Wine Country

Visitors or residents of the Tri-Cities are in a good spot when it comes to wine. With an hour’s drive are more than 200 wineries producing some of the country’s best wines.
