Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. About West Coast Self-Storage

West Coast Self-Storage was founded in 2006 by several former employees of Shurgard Self Storage in order to provide a better level of storage and service than what was previously out there. When you store at West Coast, you can feel comfortable knowing you’re getting the best storage facility in the area. Storage Rental Steps at West Coast Self-Storage Lacey

Click on the “See Available Units” button at the top of the page
This will take you to our units page and will show you the sizes we offer as well as the amenities and location on the property (ground level unit, upper-level unit or a drive-up access unit.) You’ll also see the storage unit prices and money saver specials if any are offered.

Click on the “Reserve” or Move-In” Button
Here, you’ll be able to either rent or reserve your unit. When you click on the “Move-In” button, you’ll see details of the unit you chose, rental information, and your balance. From here, you’ll fill in your contact and payment information, and you’ll finish your move-in. If you click on the “Reserve” you’ll fill out your name, phone, email address, move in date, and any other information we should know. A credit card is not required and there is no obligation. You can cancel this reservation at any time. Doing this step just puts a hold on the unit you want.

Stop by our storage facility
Once you’ve picked out your unit, stop into our Lacey, WA location. If you reserved a unit, have our experienced store manager show you where it is, then complete the paperwork. If you’ve “Moved-In” you can enter the facility using your gate code and head right to your unit. You’ve now officially rented a storage unit!

Directions from downtown Lacey

Head north on College St SE toward College St SE for .1 miles. Then Turn left onto Pacific Ave SE. Drive .2 miles and at the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Pacific Ave SE. Drive .4 miles and our location will be on your left.

Directions from Eastside Olympia

Head north on Fir St SE toward Legion Way SE for .1 miles. Turn right at the 3rd cross street onto 4th Ave E and drive .3 miles. Use the right 2 lanes to turn slightly right onto Pacific Ave SE and travel 1.7 miles. We’ll be on your right-hand side.

Directions from the South (Sequoia Park)

Turn right onto Yelm Hwy SE and travel .3 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Boulevard Rd SE and drive .7 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Boulevard Rd SE for .3 miles. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Morse-Merryman Rd SE and drive .7 miles. Turn left onto Hoffman Rd SE, driving 1 mile. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto 18th Ave SE (go for .1 miles). At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Fones Rd SE for .7 miles. Turn right onto Pacific Ave SE and drive .5 miles. We’re on your right.

Directions from the North (Tanglewilde-Thompson Place)

Head west on Martin Way E for .7 miles. Turn left onto Carpenter Rd SE for .9 miles. Turn right onto Pacific Ave SE and drive .3 miles to the traffic circle, where you’ll take the 2nd exit and stay on Pacific Ave SE. Drive 1.1 miles and at the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Pacific Ave SE. We’ll be on your left in .4 miles.
