About Federal Way Heated Self Storage
Moving can be a stressful time. We understand that, and it’s why we’ve made renting storage as easy as possible so that you can get the storage unit you need and get on with your day. The reasons for needing storage are endless. Perhaps you’re selling your home and need temporary storage. Or maybe you’ve just launched a large home renovation project and need a place to put your furniture while it’s being worked on. And if you’re going on a long trip and need to store your car, we’ve got you covered.
Close to You-Our Self-Storage Location
We’re conveniently located on Pacific Hwy South of S. 348th St. & the Federal Way Crossings Shopping Center on the west side of Pacific Hwy so you can get in and out of the facility easily.
A New Standard for Storage
If you’ve ever rented a storage unit, you may have experienced a storage space that had a dank, musty smell. This is because older storage centers enclose their spaces with drywall and wood. These materials absorb moisture and smells. If you keep your belongings in one of these units long enough, they will take on these unpleasant odors.
Federal Way is different. Our storage units are constructed of durable steel with sealed concrete underfoot, so your valuables will be protected and odor-free.
Security = Piece of Mind
As you drive away from a storage facility, you should feel confident that your possessions will be safely protected. At Federal Way Heated Self Storage we take that to heart. We use state-of-the-art security technology including 24-hour digital video recording of the entire grounds and loading area, pin-code access at every entry point and our front gate, and cylinder locks, the most secure locks available.
Flexible Lease Terms
Some storage companies try to lock you into a long-term contract. Not with Federal Way! We work on a month-to-month basis, and have several payment options available to make it easy for you to rent storage space with us. Stop by for a visit and take a tour of our clean and modern Federal Way location before renting your next storage unit.
