Diamond RV & Self Storage is brand new (2022), and is designed to offer the people of Elma, Washington a better storage experience. When you store with us, you’ll see that we offer not only high quality covered and enclosed RV storage units, but we also have heated self-storage units that keep you comfortable and your belongings protected. Our combination of superior security and range of storage options make us your “Go-To” storage spot in Elma!
Martin Family Dog Park
The Diamond RV & Heated Storage property also includes Martin Family Dog Park, which was built to honor Bill and Joan Martin, who taught their children love for country, community, family, and animals. The no-leash dog park is free for everyone and is fully fenced to keep pets within reach. The park is located adjacent to the storage facility at 60 Schouweiler Tract Rd E and is open every day until 10 pm.

You might think that because we’re a new Elma storage facility that our storage spaces aren’t as cheap as others in the area. That’s not the case. While there are some benefits to storage pods, we think that storing your stuff with us makes more sense. Why? Storage units offer better security, more flexible leasing arrangements, and easier access to retrieve or add additional items. Plus, our units are heated, unlike storage pods.
Long Access Hours
Speaking of access, you can get into your storage unit from 6:00 AM to 10:00 pm every day of the year. And our office is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday.
