The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.

The website wasn't letting me submit the form to hold my unit (it just wouldn't GO), so I went down and got set up inside. The person was kind and helpful. Professional. The code didn't work at first, which was QUICKLY remedied. Fortunately, this worked out better because the first code was much harder to memorize. Moving in was easy, though the button pad on the outside is a little strange and takes some getting used to. You do have to purchase a lock from them (HIGHLY likely anyway, it's very niche), and I dislike that they seemed to use a design knowing most people wouldn't have it... but, it is probably more secure than most locks. So. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Overall, I'm really happy with it, but it has quirks for sure. 😂

This is definitely a five-star facility having opened earlier in 2025! I made my reservation online for a 20x10 heated unit and was pleasantly surprised how close and accessible to the door it is located making moving in a breeze. Travis helped complete getting me set up with the lock and access code and was very pleasant and helpful showing me to the unit and ensuring the code was in working order. As time gets closer to moving I will need an additional unit and am beyond pleased with the facility as well as their outstanding representative for this location.

James was super nice and helpful. He was even out in the parking lot, sweeping up limbs and grass and cotton keeping it looking good. He is a good guy. The only negative feedback I have is that there should be maps inside on the walls when you’re back inside the hallways. It is very easy to get lost in there and I can’t imagine if there was a fire or you got hurt. It could be a bad situation. Also, there is no cell reception or Wi-Fi, which is also dangerous back in there especially considering no maps. Please think about doing the maps or Wi-Fi. Both are super cheap and will make the experience so much safer for everyone, including your own staff.

I recently took advantage of a promo Sentinel Self-Storage was running for a 10x30 unit at their new Sherwood location. After submitting a form online, I stopped by the office to complete the registration process—and that's where I met Travis.Travis was fantastic to work with: super friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He clearly cares about providing great customer service, and it showed. Just an all-around awesome guy!As for the facility, I'll provide a follow-up review in a few months, but my first impressions were very positive. The new Sherwood location (by Langers) looks clean and well-maintained. My unit was very close to the advertised 10x30 dimensions, and the interior nice and clean!
