We have 24-hour digital video surveillance with cameras located throughout the building and property. We have automated security gates that are only accessed via coded key fobs. We also have security lighting that covers every square inch of the property so you may always feel safe.
climate-controlled
285 of our indoor storage units are climate-controlled, meaning the temperature is kept constant throughout the year. Why is this important? Because large swings in temperature can damage sensitive items such as electronics or memorabilia. We also offer non-climate controlled units if temperature sensitivity is not a major factor in storing your items.

This place is amazing!! I looked at a few storage facilities before here and by far this place was the best! I was greeted by Ken and he was amazing! Super helpful and friendly! There was a new guy training while I was there (Jason) and he was very friendly as well. So happy I found this place!

When I walked into the office I was immediately greeted. I had gone in to figure out the size of storage unit I was needing. Polina was willing to help show me the storage units, as well as discussing other options. She gave a lovely tour of the facilities. Everything was clean and organized. I also LOVE that they have carts to use for transporting your goods.

I’m so happy with my experience this far. Ken and Polina were SO sweet. I called at 4 pm (and spoke to a live person immediately- when does that ever happen nowadays??) and had a spot secured by 5. The whole process was super fast and easy, and it was super convenient since they are close by to where I live. Bonus- the price of the RV spot was super fair and inexpensive compared to others locally. Thank you Ken and Polina!!

Facility is nice- clean and easy to use. Office didn’t honor first month free upon my reservation and increased the monthly cost significantly, with one month’s notice. I get that prices are increasing everywhere, but such a jump would seem unnecessary. I’ll probably move my unit back to the old space as they are just as nice/convenient and have availability and never increased prices over the decade I had it.

I have used many facilities and had struggles with outsiders getting in…and out..this facility needs a fob to enter AND exit. Security is excellent. Staff here do excellent job of helping. Spend a little ext4a but security has a price. Thanks foe all help.

I've had an excellent experience with "Storage at Exit 24." The location, right off the I-5, makes it incredibly easy to get off and on the freeway. The facilities are impeccably clean. I think I have to go as far as claiming this to be an exquisite storage facility! I have never seen a storage facility so spotless, there are nice wide halls for hand trucks-which were available to use, it is well lit, plenty of cameras and there are also UHaul trucks available for online/mobile rental.
Not to mention there was a great special when I signed lease.

Disclaimer: No one is paying or endorsing me to say this.Ken Shepard is by far one of the most accommodating and hard working employees I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with surrounding customer service. I’ve personally felt like I have been a thorn on his side sometimes with how much movement I’ve had around different units. But Ken always treats me and others (that I have witnessed) with the utmost respect and approach. I continue to do business with this storage spot because of employees/managers like him. The owner is lucky to have him and I appreciate his willingness to work with customers while finding the right balance of service and accommodations. Businesses need more Ken’s out in the workforce.The units are clean and bathrooms are available (and clean). Prices are fair and the availability times are good when you have to access your unit. The storage facilities provide hand carts for those with indoor units and coming in and out of the facilities with your car/truck is streamlined well.Overall, you can’t go wrong with picking this place for your storage needs. Good amount of cameras placed around the property and U-haul products and rentals are available here too. Way to go

Convenient location
I was very happy to find this facility. The days was very helpful and willing to work with us around our schedules. They made the lease process as quick and simple as possible. Moving in was pretty straight forward. Security seems good, with cameras, controlled gate access, limited hours.
