These guys were awesome in getting me a U-Haul rental for the day. The U-Haul App was lame so they helped me get checked in. I even locked the keys in the van like a dumb a$$ and they didn’t even rake me for it. Thanks!

They waaaaay overcharged me for gas. The marker on the paperwork showed significantly more gas than there actually was, which I noticed just after we left, so I stopped and took a picture of the mileage and gas gauge.The 10 foot trucks get 12 miles to the gallon. I drove a whopping 11 miles, and they charged me for 6 gallons!!!!BUT, I sent an email with pictures and got a refund almost immediately, so I'm giving 3 stars. Should not have happened in the first place, but I appreciate how quickly it was remedied.Be sure and check the actual gas gauge vs what they mark on the paperwork, and take pictures of mileage and gas gauge before and after... even if you do buy gas, so you don't end up buying way more than you should!

We have used this facility in the past, which is also a U Haul rental location. Steve has always served us extremely well. When we arrived for our storage unit check-in, he graciously informed us he did have a slightly larger one available, quickly made the changes and got us set up, even though we could see he was very busy. This is for U-Haul rental. Convenient location for local rental. I used a pickup for some landscaping and the ?manager? was very helpful and even recommended a place to get aggregate right next door. Will always use these guys now vs. the now crazy-busy corporate U-Haul north of town.

I just drove in from Texas yesterday. I have to say my experience with Rachel at Alliance Storage made my day. She was so helpful and sweet. I made the mistake of trying to return my truck and car trailer at the Uhaul dealer on 97 only to stand and wait for 40 minutes. I finally sought out another Uhaul dealer and my savior Rachel answered the phone and turned my day completely around. Thank you Rachel for putting the smile back on my face yesterday. Steve?... in the frustrating world of Uhaul, where anything goes, Steve is an island of professional resourcefulness and personal integrity, a welcome relief from the absence of accountability that I have found to be the norm when dealing with the Uhaul monopoly.
Anyone who complains about Steve's service just does not know quality when they see it,....and sadly, they have access to a public forum in which they can make trouble for someone who is a singular blessing to ALL Uhaul customers.
And,... he makes it look easy, you can tell its more than a job to him,...he cares, and you really get that when you deal with him.
