Welcome to Storage Solutions Salem, the area’s newest storage facility! We’re located at 2547 Salem Dallas Highway NW, near the corner of Salem Dallas Hwy NW and College Dr NW. We built our storage facility because we realized that the people of West Salem needed a better option for self storage. With our design, we’ve incorporated a great many features that you’ll appreciate.

Affordable Quality Storage
If you’ve looked for storage before, you’ve probably noticed there are two ways you can go. Either cheap storage that’s not very nice, or expensive storage that is nicer. At Storage Solutions Salem, we have created a best of both worlds’ scenario: great storage at affordable prices. Below are some of our amenities.
Drive-up Accessible
Our storage units are all drive-up accessible meaning that you’ll be able to park your moving truck or other vehicle right in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading. Plus, we’ve built our facility with wide drive aisles to make maneuvering large vehicles such as semis effortless.
Secure Storage Near You
We make security first priority in order of importance. To that end, we’ve implemented a number of security features including individual pin-code access at our gate and doors, 24-hour digital video with night vision recording to monitor the entire facility, and cylinder locks on each unit door, to provide superior protection against break-in.
Salem Moving Boxes
If you need storage supplies such as moving boxes and packing materials, Storage Solutions Salem has everything you need. Boxes of all sizes as well as items such as bubble wrap, packing tape, peanuts plastic wrap and more are available for purchase in our office. Salem Apartment Storage
If you live in one of the many apartments around our facility including Applewood Apartments, College Park Apartments, West Hills Village Apartments, or the retirement community of Capital Manor, storing your extra things with us is a great alternative to getting rid of them. Choice of Storage Rental Sizes
Our storage units come in an assortment of sizes from small storage units starting at 5’ x 10’ to large storage units as big as 10’ x 30’. These units are drive-up accessible.
Business Storage in Salem Oregon
Do you own a Salem-area business and need overflow storage? Putting your extra office furniture or supplies in a storage unit make better economic sense than renting a bigger office space. Student Storage
Do you attend Willamette University or Chemeketa Community College Eola? We offer month-to-month lease terms on storage units with only a 30-day notice to vacate. Storage Access When You Need It
Our storage unit access hours go from 6:00 am to 10:00 every day of the year. And if you need to speak with one of our storage professionals, our office is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday.

Promotions such as “First Month Free,” “Half Off First Month,” “Half Off First 2 Months,” and similar offers do not cover taxes, insurance, administrative fees, or other charges where applicable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Size Disclaimer
The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Rental prices for units are not determined by square footage.
Smart Unit Trial Disclaimer
Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Availability, terms, features, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by location.
