There was a hiccup in switching units and Wendy was a big help getting it sorted for me. I've rented from this location for several years and have had a good experience with it.UPDATE: recently I had a situation where I needed a little tlc from staff. Once again I was taken care of with no issues. I needed an extra unit right away and Wendy worked with me to ensure everything was in order. This is why I stay at this location. I don't have any problems here and if anything does come up the staff are quick to get me back on track. Thank you again.May 23rd Update: had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly today. I had some concerns about changes regarding my unit and she was very informative and helpful. I had planned to cancel my renting, however she added to my reasons for wanting to stay. This location and managers like Kelly are why I continue to rent units with this company. Very trustworthy and quick to offer positive resolutions where needed. 100% recommend if you are needing a storage unit.

While there are many options for self storage in the area, I chose to store here because of Kelly. She was upfront/honest, asked great questions to help me choose the right size unit and explained everything in detail. If you have used self storage before then you know how rare that is. This place is very easy to work with. Kelly was super accommodating. Units are clean and on average, about $20 more than other places but every time I've had to go back, there's an employee, if not Kelly herself, cruising the lot which made me feel secure storing my belongings here.

I rented a large (10' x 24') unit here from April 2020 until July 2024, and can easily attest that Kelly was THE most helpful and friendly staff I encountered! It was such an exhausting and depressing situation to deal with my mom's/my family's belongings after she, my dad AND my brother all died, but the compassionate and helpful communication and assistance Kelly provided made things feel less terrible. I reserved this storage when I was in San Diego, before I moved to Oregon,and I reserved the unit without even paying, I really didn’t expect that the storage would be like that, when I got there to Salem OR and took a tour, I was amazed, the facility was secured, very clean all around, my unit was what I was expecting, it fit all my stuff, easy access in and out, the office manager was very friendly Miss Kelly and Miss Wendy, both they are very friendly and welcoming and they greet you with warm welcome and respect, from the first time I felt like I am a part of the team. It I want to rent a storage next time I will definitely call them to reserve the space for me, And I recommend that storage facility for everyone who wants to rent a storage in Salem city. It's a great place to store your belongings. Clean and safe. Although the only downfall is that it is a little expensive each month. I feel like the monthly payments keep increasing. When I first got the unit it wasn't too bad of a monthly payment but since then it has doubled due to an increase in their "overhead" which I'm confused on what changed.. if anything it shouldn't of increased to the amount it has. If anything they're saving money on their electricity, my light in my unit doesn't ever seem to work as well as other people's I have asked. Just a little frustrating.

Anthony, the Manager, is the nicest guy ever. Even going directly to the office, he finds online discounts to help you get into a unit. Moving is terrible, but he makes it easier. Great guy.
