Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Smart Unit Trial Disclaimer
Smart Unit service is available at select locations and is provided with an initial 30-day free trial at no obligation. Following the expiration of the 30-day trial period, the service will automatically continue and be billed at the monthly subscription rate of $15.00 unless canceled by the tenant. Cancellation may be made at any time and will prevent future charges. The 30-day free trial is issued as a $15.00 rent credit applied to the tenant’s account at the time of rental; the rent credit has no cash value and is non-refundable. Availability, terms, features, and pricing are subject to change and may vary by location.

We understand that, so we’ve implemented a variety of security measures including 24-hour video monitoring, perimeter fencing, computer-controlled gates, and highly-aware store personnel ensure your possessions are kept safe at all times.

Clean & Dry Units & Premises

When you move your belongings into one of our storage units, you’ll swear you are the first occupant. That’s because we go to great lengths to keep our facility and storage units clean. And with first-rate construction our facility is buttoned up tight, which means your stuff will be dry, even at the height of the Portland rainy season! Our units are heated too, which keeps you and your belongings comfortable. Our units are great for people in the midst of home renovation too.

Covered Loading & Unloading

About that aforementioned Portland rain? We want you to keep out of that while you’re moving in or out. That’s why we built a covered loading and unloading area into our design.
