Mt Tabor Park

Mt. Tabor Park is one of the largest parks in the city. The center of this 176-acre park is actually an extinct volcano, which, when at the top, offers fantastic views of downtown Portland to the west and Mt. Hood to the east. The park offers miles of trails, playground, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, picnic shelter, outdoor stage, and more.

Rose City Golf Course

If golf is your thing, just north of us is Rose City Golf Course. One of the oldest golf courses in the city, it’s a great place to hit a few balls and catch some wildlife in the process. Store your golf clubs with us and then pick them up on your way to the course!

Rocky Butte Natural Area

Another great place to take in a magnificent view of the Portland metro is Rocky Butte Natural Area. This area is part of the Joseph Wood Hill Park and features another extinct volcano offering 360-degree panoramic view of the city and surrounding area.

Montavilla Neighborhood

Just southeast of our store, you’ll find the Montavilla Neighborhood. Named one of the best neighborhoods in the country by Lonely Planet, this neighborhood features great restaurants, shops, and the iconic Academy Theater.
