About Chinook RV Storage

Chinook RV Storage has been storing RVs, boats, trailers, and vehicles on Marine Drive in Fairview since 1994 — over three decades on the same stretch of the Columbia River, long before most of the storage options around us existed.

This stretch of the Columbia River has deep history with the water. Long before Fairview became a city, the area was home to a village of the Multnomah tribe of the Chinookan Indian Nation, and the Lewis and Clark Expedition passed through in 1806. Chinook Landing Marine Park, just down Marine Drive from us, carries that name today as the largest public boating facility on the Oregon side of the Columbia. We’ve operated under the same name on this same stretch of river for over 33 years — fitting for a business built around storing the boats and RVs people use to get out on the water.

Chinook RV Storage is now professionally managed by West Coast Self-Storage, a company that operates storage facilities across multiple states. That brings consistent security standards, reliable online tools, and the kind of operational support an independent lot doesn’t usually have on its own. Nothing about the day-to-day experience changes — there’s just more behind it now.
