We’ve incorporated all the things you care about when looking for a storage place in Fairview, Gresham, and Portland. What are your office hours?

You can reach us in the office from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday the Saturday, and 9:30 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. We are happy to answer any storage questions you may have.

Customers can access their storage units from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily including holidays.

Yes! it’s easy to get the storage unit you want! With our EZ Rental System, you can rent your storage unit online in just a few steps. Here’s how:

1. Find the storage size that works for you. You can use our size guide to help you figure out what fits in each size unit.
2. Click on the “Move-In” button. This will bring you to our online rental platform where you’ll be shown the unit you chose, the rental rate, and the amount needed to secure the unit. You’ll also have the opportunity to add rental insurance. Click Next.
3. If you are a new customer, click “Create New Account.” If you are a returning customer, click on “Log In” to login using your username and password.
4. Enter your contact information, then click Next.
5. Under Additional Information, you can add an alternate contact and other information. Click Next.
6. Enter payment information.
7. Get your move-in paperwork. You’re Moved In!

We offer several ways to pay your monthly storage bill. You can sign up for our direct pay option, which charges your credit card automatically each month. You can also use our online payment system by clicking on the “Pay Online” link in our main menu above. Finally, we also accept payments in person at our office via credit card, check, or cash.
