Whether you have just a few items to store or the contents of your apartment or home, we’ve got a storage solution for you. Our storage units come in a range of sizes, from 5 x 5 to 10 x 30. Our indoor, temperature-controlled units are great for keeping you cool and your belongings protected. Our drive-up access storage spaces make it easy to load and unload your unit. We also have a number of oversized units with taller heights and wider doors to accommodate larger items (i.e. car storage or boat storage.) Our outdoor units have roofs with a special coating that keeps the ambient air temperature in the units very similar to the indoor storage units.

West Coast Self-Storage Silver State is located at 1675 W 4th St in Reno. We’re conveniently located near I-80 and downtown, Reno, NV. This means we’re easy to get to if you’re coming from the neighborhoods of Dickerson, West University, Northwest Reno, or the Riverwalk District. To accomplish this, we invested in multiple security measures including fenced property, gated access with keypad entry, digital video security system with cameras throughout the property, and individually-alarmed storage units. You’ll also be comforted knowing that our store manager lives on-site.
Online Rentals and Reservations
Renting or reserving a storage unit is very easy! Simply visit our storage units page and find the size of storage unit that will best fit your needs. (For more help deciding what size you need, consult our Storage Unit Size Guide.) To rent a unit on the spot, click “Move-In” and follow the prompts. If you’re not quite ready to rent, you can also click on “Reserve” to reserve a unit. Fill out the details and the unit will be held for you until you decide what you need.
Long Access and Office Hours
With our long access hours, you’ll be able to get to your stuff when you want to. Our access hours (gate hours) are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day of the year. Our office is open from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Saturday.
