The advertised unit sizes for rent are approximate, and the actual units at the self-storage facility may vary slightly in shape or size. Customers are encouraged to inspect the specific unit they intend to rent before signing a rental agreement and make their decision based on the inspection, not the advertised size. Online booking and unit rental was incredibly easy! All I had to do was show up movign day and be shown to my unit. Sergio was extremely friendly and helpful The premises are clean and well mainteined and my 5x10 interior unit was clean as well. I took one star away becasue there are very little lights and my unit is vary dark, requiring a flashlight/lamp to get settled into.

I would extend the hours to end at 7pm not 6pm. Cause another of people just get off work at 5pm. Not enough time to get to storage with all the traffic and all. But other then that it a safe place to put your stuff. It's a friendly place to go.

I've had a unit at the Sylmar Nova storage location for over 4years now and having worked for 15years jn the hospitality industry so when I encounter.⁰excellent customer service I can recognize it as well as surely appreciate it.
A few years ago I was in a horrific car acciden which has left me wheelchair bound 90% of the time and thankfully the Sylmar location has the most respectful down to earth employee by the name of Jasmine in the office most days. Jasmine is a genuine people person and has always gone above & beyond to assist me in anyway whether it's been her staying in the office a few min late till I arrived to rensure i was able to make my monthly payment in or simply always gree t ing me with the kindest smile no matter what kind of day she nay be having just like a TRUE ciustpner service PROFESSIONAL !

This is my 3rd time renting a storage here. I think that says enough. Always had great service. I’ve never had any problems. It’s always clean. There’s always dollys available to use for ease of service. The receptionist makes enrolling again so much easier. I’d definitely recommend.

10/10 stars after many setbacks and delays the young lady Jazmin was so helpful and compassionate and patient with us in working to resolve the problem.
