I had a really great experience with the difficult and annoying job of self storage at this facility.In large part this has been due to Karen, the very excellent manager of the facility that makes the whole process a breeze. She worked with me through each step of the process and made it feel like I had a 5 star, hassle-free, professional experience.The facility was also clean and felt very safe. Elevators were large enough to make the move easy with bays that abutted the move area. My unit was as described and worked well for my needs.Overall, facility 5/5, exactly what I needed. Staff/manager (Karen) 1000/5, great experience, wonderful customer service, lovely person.Would likely use them again when I need storage.(This review is also posted in Yelp, this is on purpose.)

I am already a very satisfied customer at West Coast storage on Lafayette in Santa Clara, but I needed to work out exchanging some smaller units I had into a larger one, and Gloria was very helpful in making suggestions in coming up with a perfect solution for me! Earlier this month, I was in search of a storage unit to store items really quick. I called the Santa Clara location and an employee, Angela took my call. She asked various questions to help determine the size I would need. I said I would be down to take a look. I can't remember right now if I had mentioned over the ph that I had rented from this location in the past. Upon meeting both Angela and the manager, Omar in person, they were very pleasant and greeted me and my friend with smiles! Omar took me and my friend to look at some interior 1st floor units which would provide a convenient unload access for my movers to enter through the Martin Avenue gate on move in day. (Note: the gate on the Martin Ave side is a normally used as an exit gate. Omar advised that on my move-in day, I can make arrangements with the office to have the Martin Ave gate used as an entrance gate. )After the tour, I was very satisfied and went back to the office. Omar said as I was a repeat customer, he would offer a 3-month half off discount on the unit i selected. I presented Angela my personal info to enter into a contract to reserve a unit! She went over the particulars about renters insurance etc. Again, I have to say that Omar is a very courteous and knowledgeable professional. He explained my options and prices without coming across as pushy or persuasive. The access hours and security interms of accessing the elevators of this property are also top notch and convenient to customers. I am confident to recommend to any of my friends who may need to rent storage to go see/call Omar and/or Angela in Santa Clara! Thank you.

West cost self-storage Is a very clean place, the cleanest storage place I ever had or seen. Hospitality is excellent the staff is very helpful and nice. The inside of the office very clean. The products to buy inside is not expensive at all, like most places being money hungry. You need a storage place do not go anywhere else but WEST COAST STORAGE the best in the west

I have a storage locker at your LaFayette Santa Clara CA location. Anna was extremely helpful and was able to secure a large10x20 locker in a timely manner. I was very impressed with Anna's professionalism, she was able to make sure repairs to the lighting for my locker were completed in time for my move in, and worked with the movers to expedite the move in process.

Also an amazing job with customer service, it was the most helpful experience i’ve hade at any storage facility. She knows what she’s doing and i would highly recommend anyone to go to her.
