I want to sincerely thank your employee Ruby. She helped my parents get a unit at your South Gate location. My parents said she was very kind and patient with them. She gave them a tour of the facility and explained all the benefits of storing with Nova in detail. Since my parents are not very tech-savvy, Ruby even helped them download the West Coast App and showed them how to use it. I am very grateful she took great care of my parents.

I rented a unit for several months found the facility incredibly well-maintained, clean, and I always felt safe. The people that work there were always polite, respectful, and helpful. The two women that help me at the front desk were Ana and Ruby and both of them were very kind and sincere I really appreciate their level of customer service and will definitely use these facilities again if I am looking for a storage unit.

Just got a storage unit. John attended me. He was super friendly. He explained things to me before I got the chance to ask him any questions. He gave me the brake down on the prices on the units and he personally walked me over to each one I was interested in. Make sure you ask for John when you come in. You won’t be disappointed.

Francisco took the time to walk us through the new and older building which were both extremely well maintained. The new building is extremely secure with a lot of cameras and passcode entry only. Francisco did an amazing job. Nova Storage is 1000x better than Public Storage down the street and much more affordable.

I would like to share my experience here at Nova Storage . First of all the place so brand new, nice and clean. I made the reservation for the unit through the website last night , this morning , one of the staff member called me to confirm and offered help if I had any questions.
I came in this morning to confirm my unit and one of the staff members Francisco took the time to show me all the units available with the best price and the best offers. They also have great security systems where everyone has to input code otherwise the alarm will sound . I’m am very pleased with overall the system.

I like the customer service. I want to thank Jose the maintenance guy for keeping the units cleaning and always having toilet paper available for the customers. We've been with Nova for a while and they're always so helpful with any questions we may have.
