About Store it SB

For Store it SB, it began with a clear mission: to bring top-tier, reliable climate-controlled storage to Santa Barbara. When the opportunity arose to acquire the former State of California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement building at 411 E. Canon Perdido Street, we knew we had found the ideal home. Its central downtown location and convenient footprint made it the perfect spot to serve our neighbors.

We have completely transformed the space into a state-of-the-art self-storage facility designed around your needs. You’ll find a wide range of unit sizes, effortless ground-level access, climate-controlled environments, and robust security measures to protect what matters most to you. Managed on-site by experienced storage professionals, our single goal is to provide the extra space you need to simplify your life.

You can rent a unit right online — no need to come in if you don’t want to. Paying your bill is easy, and you’ve got options. We don’t lock you into a long-term contract; it’s month-to-month, so if your plans change, no problem. Extended access hours mean you can get to your stuff on your schedule, not ours.

Our team has been doing this for years and they know their stuff. They’ll help you figure out exactly what size unit you need, answer your questions, and make sure you’re set up right from the start — no pressure, no runaround, just straightforward help.

Store it SB is part of the West Coast Self-Storage family, and we’ve been doing this since 2006. That’s 20 years of figuring out what works. We’ve got 160+ locations across five states, so we’re not going anywhere — when you rent from us, you’re getting all of that experience working for you.
