Tony was my office contact and setup unit adjustor and he is supremely charming and witty as well as helpful in adding personal input on move-ing tips. One suggestion I’d like to add is to place garbage bins throughout the storage facility's premise as we found ourselves in need of disposing papers and miscellaneous small items from the move drive. Overall pleasant experience. Will recommend it to others. 🤙🏼

Kelli G at West Coast Storage in Palm Springs was THE BEST!! This was my first time renting a storage unit, and Kelli helped me select the best option for my needs and situation. She worked with me to find the best affordable deal, and was overly accommodating in making sure I got exactly what was best for me. The facility is brand new, temp controlled, spotless and easily accessible. Lots of carts and dollies to help transport things in and out, and a huge covered portico to accommodate a large moving truck. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! If you need storage in the Palm Springs area, go see Kelli or Tony for the best and friendliest experience!

Great experience. Tony was the best at helping us select the best unit size for us at the best price. Lots of modern touches not found at other storage places like covered parking for loading and unloading, a timer to keep open the outside door when loading and unloading, and special locks for the storage doors that, we are told, are virtually pick proof.

They knew their site and available units that would work for me, and made sure I received the best promotions that were available for move in. When I went to see the units and talk about my stored items and the type of care and the space necessary for storing them, they set me up with the perfect unit size I needed… which ended up being more affordable than the one I thought I needed! They’re a great team, and I’m relieved to know I can turn to them if I have questions or my needs change in the future.

The place is spotless, convenient, and well priced. However, its biggest asset is the facilities manager, Kelli G! We have had an awful time (break in, theft, damage, non-communication) at our other storage facility (Extra Space Storage- do NOT use them if you value your belongings!) and when I came to West Coast Self-Storage, Kelli not only greeted me with the highest standards of professionalism, she was phenomenally KIND and helpful during an incredibly difficult and stressful time for me.
I would give her 500 stars if that were possible here!
