I got a storage unit about four weeks ago by a gentleman named John. The promotion was two months half off. I receive an invoice for the following month four weeks exactly saying that I am paying full price.I contacted the Rinaldi location. I was in conversation with a gentleman name Andre I would like to say, even for the minor inconvenience. He was very professional, and he helped a lot and was Super patient.I do believe John was from a different location, so I’m pretty sure circumstances and systems were completely different nonetheless The gentleman name Andre took his time to help me and I really appreciate it regarding the first incident. I would give it a good two out of five with the minor inconvenience being fixed. I’ll give it a five out of five.

Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. I got a great deal on a 5x7 storage space. Their employee Mina was kind and very helpful. The facility is clean, secure and the bottom floor is cool even on a hot Summer day. They also have a truck on-site you can use to move your stuff.

The facility is clean, surrounded with cameras, and they have solid customer service. Mina assisted me with the viewing of the unit and was willing to work with my schedule since I wasn't ready to move in right away. Felicia assisted me with the leasing paperwork once I was ready to secure the unit. They were both so friendly and helpful! It's been a pleasurable experience so far.
