I haven't been to other locations but the lynwood one and I wouldn't go to any other. They are courteous and nice to everyone and really help you out in a bind. I love it here.They are still super helpful and kind. As long as you communicate, they are good. Such as, my storage was almost up for auction and they helped me get it up to date without pressuring me or anything. They also don't have any critters messing your things up which is a big big plus. Public Storage has rats and messed up all my things and refused to file my claim so Nova Storage is a one up from that kind of stuff.

This storage facility is clean and the staff is friendly. If you need a storage unit that's big or small they have it. Plus it's safe because it's gated and you need a code to get in.
