They have good prices but not worth it with the employees they are very rude, never wanna help as if they were doing you a favor. And also the office is always close and its a lie they close at 6 from 5 and on they stop helping and have their doors closed!!!! 🙄 😒

Had a horrible experience opening my unit at Extra Space today and John at Nova saved the day. We were broken into and robbed and had to search for a new unit asap since extra Space couldn’t do much for us. John at Nova hooked us up and helped us get into a unit immediately! Gave us a great deal! Super happy and it’s the first day!

The whole process was easy and understandable. Josh was very informative and made sure I understood the steps to everything. The fact that he took the time to make sure, made it all better. You can tell he enjoys his work. If you need a storage space. This is your place. The place is really nice and CLEAN. They even have it decorated for valentines days.

Great location. Came to look at storage units. Ana at the help desk was very helpful with all my question. Including pricing and availability and all the current promotions. She showed me a few different size units. I wanted a 5 × 10 but ended up going with a 5 x 15 thanks to her recommendation. Definitely staying here. The security features here are great. Pass code protection. Well lit areas, parking available.

Came in looking for a 5x10 storage unit and I was greeted and helped in a timely manner. I was able to get my storage unit in less than 30 mins!! The place is super clean and front lady is very detailed oriented explained everything from space available to prices and policies.
