During my recent visit, I interacted with George. While he was knowledgeable about the store, I found his manner somewhat patronizing. When I shared my own store experience, he dismissed it and continued to emphasize that this was a new place, rather than acknowledging my input. Although he wasn’t rude, this behavior made the interaction less positive. I have a background in customer service and psychology. I believe acknowledging customers’ experiences and input would greatly improve the customer service experience.
