I have to start off by saying that the property manager Daisy answered all of my questions ! I have had issues with other companies before, with not getting information as far as how the late fees work or how long prior do I need to let them know I’m moving out. Yet Ms. Daisy covered every base ! I left Nova Storage with probably one of the best prices in the HD.

I have been with nova storage for almost 9 years now. They are very easy to work with. Miss Kathy she was amazing. Although. Daisy is amazing as well. Very polite straight forward and very helpful no matter the situation. I would recommend to anyone who is needing a great storage place where you always know your stuff will be safe and where u will be dealing with professionals yet also willing to work with you if or when needed.All around great Place. Their prices are very reasonable as well I believe my rent has been raised maybe twice in the last 9 years . Which is very good considering prices being raised all over they also have amazing move in deals.

I was searching for a safe and secure storage that didn't cost too much. Nova storage was the perfect choice. The silent alarm on each unit was the sale clincher for me and the price is 2x lower than my other storage unit. Daisy did an amazing job signing me up. She was very informative and nice AF. I was in distress and upset because I paid for a storage up the street and they took my money and their office was Temporarily closed. I got a good deal at Nova and awesome customer service the manager Daisy is a very nice person and she made my day go better now I’m not upset no more.
