Interbay Self Storage Opens in Seattle, Washington
Seattle, WA – August 24, 2018 – Interbay Self Storage, a new self-storage facility located in the Interbay neighborhood of Seattle, is now open. The business is located at 1561 West Armory Way just west of 15th Avenue W next to Whole Foods and adjacent to the neighborhoods of Magnolia and Queen Anne. The storage facility is owned by Interbay Urban Storage, LLC.
Jackson | Main Architecture designed the storage facility, which features 68,776 square feet rentable square feet of storage space. The location offers 883 storage units, the majority of which are heated as well a covered load/unloading area to keep customers protected on hot or rainy days. High tech security features have also been incorporated into the property including 24-hour digitally recorded video surveillance, controlled access and secure cylinder locks on storage units.
Additional property amenities include car and boat storage spots, long gate hours, and a moving supply store offering boxes and packing supplies. There are also plans to make the location a U-Haul Neighborhood dealer, which will allow customers to rent moving trucks directly from the business.
The self-storage facility was built by Sierra Construction Company, Inc. based in Woodinville, Washington and is professionally managed by West Coast Self-Storage Group of Everett, WA.
