How do I access my account with the app?
From the home screen click on the “Get Started” button. Sign up using the same email address from your storage account, you’ll be sent a link to login and you’re in!
How do I open the gate and doors with the app?
For facilities with this feature enabled a button will be displayed in the app for the keypad. Press the button when in range of the keypad to open the gate and other access areas with keypads for entry. Bluetooth must be enabled on your device for this function. *This feature is not available at all locations, check with the facility manager for details.
How do I know if Bluetooth is enabled on my device?
On both iPhone and Android devices, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the settings menu. Locate the Bluetooth icon—if it’s highlighted, Bluetooth is enabled; if it’s not, Bluetooth is disabled. To turn it on, simply tap the icon, and it will become highlighted.
Can I make payments to my storage account?
Yes, just select the unit from the list and click on make a payment to enter your card details. You can also set up automatic payments by selecting the Auto payments option.
Can I access my account history?
Yes, you can view your account history and download past invoices should you ever need a receipt for any reason.
